Website membership

Signing in stores your Discord ID, display name, avatar identifier, last verified RFC role, first and latest website login time and visit count (sign-ins, plus returns after 30 minutes of inactivity when optional activity is enabled). Only Owner and Head of Staff can view this website member directory. Inactive profiles are removed after 365 days.

Optional activity

Page activity is off by default. If enabled, we record only named community pages and timestamps, at most once per page every five minutes. We do not record IP addresses, full URLs, search terms, OAuth tokens or Discord messages in activity records. Do Not Track requests suppress optional activity. Records are removed after 30 days when the website receives a page request.

The public RFC Team directory uses current Discord display names, avatars, server join dates and highest RFC roles. It is separate from website visit history.

Game observations & controls

FS25 feeds provide game player names and observed activity. Player History is restricted to Jr. Staff and above and contains approximate observations, not exact joins or departures. Game history and security records of server-control requests are separate from optional website activity and are not removed by account deletion. Contact RFC staff on Discord about those records or the public team directory.

A signed session cookie keeps you logged in and protects forms. The hosting provider may keep its own access logs; this website does not add analytics trackers.
